On April 1, 2023, the Network for Rural Missions (NRM) officially launched its organization in Accra, marking a significant milestone in its mission to foster positive change and development within rural communities. The event was attended by a distinguished gathering of dignitaries, community leaders, and supporters, all united in their commitment to the values and objectives of the NRM.

Among the notable attendees was Hon. Dr. Abednego Bandim, the Member of Parliament for Bunkpurugu-Nakpanduri, who expressed his support for the organization’s vision. His presence highlighted the importance of collaboration between political leaders and grassroots movements in driving meaningful reform. Also in attendance was Hon. Joseph Louknaan, the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Bunkpurugu-Nakpanduri, who emphasized the role of local governance in supporting initiatives that empower citizens.

The event was further graced by the presence of Hon. Joseph Kpemka, former Deputy Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, whose legal expertise and advocacy for justice resonate with the core values of the NRM. Rev. Rtd. Harry Nsaidoo and his wife played a pivotal role in launching the organization, offering prayer of blessings and encouragement to the founders, members and supporters present. Their commitment to community service aligns seamlessly with the NRM’s objectives.

Other esteemed guests included Rev. Rtd. Peter Bandim, COP Timothy Yosa Bonga and his wife, former Northern Regional Police Commander and Lawyer Mahama Dubik, all of whom contributed to the rich tapestry of support for the NRM. The presence of board members and friends of the organization further highlighted the collective effort and dedication to the cause.
